To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging. Please note that you will get the full amount back for the strap but we can't refund the shipping price.

All Moselle Brest products are fulfilled automatically once you submit the orders online. If, however, you have ordered the wrong size rest assured all Exchanges are FREE of charge. We do not charge anything for the replacement but please note that all the transport costs regarding the exchange are in your responsibility.

For Returns and Refunds, all you have to do is send the product back to us and we’ll refund your purchase. Shipping Rates will apply.
We, as a company, do not charge any costs for returning the strap or for changing the strap, though we do not support any external cost regarding the process like transaction fees or shipping fee -the extra charges from the transport company will be on your charge – thanks for understanding.
When you purchase the strap, shipping fee is included in the price, therefore shipping cost will not be refunded when the strap is returned - shipping fee is 20-35 € depending on the country.
Please note that you can return a personalised item but the engraving fee will not be refunded (4-10 €)
Remaining amount will be refunded after we inspect the package and the strap is not damaged and does not have marks of long use (by 'long use' we mean several events not one wedding where you test the product)
If you refuse to receive the package or your contact information is missing or is wrong or DHL is unable to contact or find you at your address and the strap is returned to us - without letting us know – your money will not be refunded.
