Please note that shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All shipping requires up to one day of processing prior to being shipped from our warehouse.

Pre-order is a special offer we provide for a very short period of time, you can order the product before the first stock is released from production. You are able to get it at unique price and receive it only after the first quantity is finished, about 1 or 2 weeks. When the product is in stock the pre-order period ends and you can order it at a regular price and get the product in 1-3 days.
If you would like to track your order, you will need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the Live Chat on our website, and we’ll give you the tracking number for your order.

MB delivers WORLDWIDE. If you do not find your country when ordering, please send us an email. Please note that your country may charge an import charge and MB does not charge that fee. Transport can take from a few days (usually) to a few weeks (in exceptional cases). Contact your local post office to check the status of your order. From time to time, orders are locked in customs and require customer actions. For most of the countries, we use door-to-door delivery.
